"Time to press the magic button!" lbro said as he pushed a big blue button in the middle of the wall. chrmjenkins saw his life flash before his eyes. When his life stopped flashing itself in front of him, he saw a beautiful blue planet below. He at first thought it was Earth, but his hopes where soon shattered when lbro started shouting "Mammariea! Mammeriea! We made it on the third try!"

Please enjoy yourselves and feast upon good feasts!"
The lights gradually came back up and revealed Moyank24 sitting on a stool behind a deli bar wearing a butchers outfit. "You there, in the front row! What kind of sandwich do you want?" She went around rows making sandwiches and presenting people with food. lbro was waiting for her to arrive. When she finally did he told her "I'd like the sugar cube that leads me to Mammeriea please." Moyank24 thinking this was a secret code that he had just made up, replied "We don't' have any sugar cubes. In fact, there isn't any sugar any where in this building. What kind of sandwich will you be having today?"

"PBJ it is." said Moyank24 as she walked back up to the stage to make him a sandwich. lbro, not happy for the lack of the sugar cube, turned to leave chrmjenkins and jav6454 alone in the sea of sandwich eating people. When he was approaching the fifth tot he last step from the exit, a shot rang out across the large room. He spun around to see Moyank24 fall into the orchestra pit, sandwich and tray following her.

I find the ip4 to be way too heavy and awkward to hold. I like this design, it allows weight to be shaved off and perhaps (!) be more ergonomically friendly.
I agree that the back should be made extra study and NOT in chrome. I see them using the same type of backing as the ipads...
One more thing that the tapered back will enable is ease of use while its on a desk because the viewing angle will be nicer. On the other hand, it would make it more awkward in landscape mode and for playing game because one side would be thicker than the other. Perhaps its easy to get used to? time will tell!

The fact is, we've been through this before. The iPhone 1 was going to be a huge failure because it didn't have 3G. They were concerned about coverage and battery life. It's the same issue now.
People are saying apple should make those sacrifices now to keep up with technology. But nobody is addressing the fact that apple has historical evidence that this is a sound approach.
So many people just love to see every issue from the Apple perspective. There are people who get paid for that. Should not you - as a consumer - care more about the gadget you want than Apple success?
Using two separate chips eats battery life. Not to mention LTE is still "just" coming out, so it won't be widespread enough to take advantage of it until 2012 anyway.
Apple does not have to use two chips. They could just design separate phone for Verizon (just like iPhone 4) which does not support GSM. Not ideal but that's where technology is today. At least Verizon customers could enjoy iPhone 5 with LTE.

AT&T CSRs don't receive any official information about ANY phone releases prior to general public... Let alone an iPhone release.
We weren't informed about the iPhone 4 being released until AFTER Apple's official press conference last year.
Even though I know this is a site for rumors... I've found this site to make sure the BS rumors were weeded out before it would become front-page news... But making an unsubstantiated statement by a random AT&T CSR front-page material is just plain bad journalism.
BTW: AT&T has been cracking down on customer's upgrade eligibility dates. If you downgrade/remove features/plans on your account odds are the date will be changed.
AT&T makes no promises that the date is constant and it can really change at any time...
The customer related to the article probably was suspended too many times for non-pay and that's the reason why the date was changed... Not because of some crazy conspiracy to correlate with the next iPhone release...
So you wouldn't know by now that vacation days are mysteriously blacked out between June and July for employees such as yourself? That has ALWAYS been the giveaway for employees at Apple, AT&T, and Verizon for iPhone releases. Usually, reports begin trickling in during May that employee vacation days are out for a certain period of time, usually around WWDC, so that all hands can be on deck for a major event (like an iPhone release).
I'd be willing to bet that for the first time in quite a while, you - an AT&T rep, are able to schedule the 3rd and 4th week of June off.

This is a really powerful shot. Great composition. I think the only thing that could make it better would perhaps be a little fill flash on the statues. I've really been enjoying your work. Just curious, if you don't mind me asking, what brought you to Hopkinsville? That's quite a ways from Atlanta.
It's my old Kentucky home! Born and raised here. :) I was trying for HDR on the statues, but they still came out too dark because of the bright sky.

If I wanted a physical calendar and all that entails - torn off pages etc. I'd buy one, but I'm working on a computer. First impressions are that this is naff. It reminds me of the overblown animations when arrange by name is selected and I rename a file on the desktop. It's all a bit too cutesy and look at me. Turd brown leather is not my idea of stylish but YMMV. Please may there be an option to switch it off for those of us easily offended by gratuitous eye-candy.

For me, the biggest news is the 3GB of RAM and 200GB of disk that's available now--frankly the 2GB in my MBP-CD (Core Duo--how are we going to distinguish them now?) is a bit anemic, especially for running Parallels and PowerPC apps simultaneously.
(At least I'll finally get my boss to order one, so I can play with one of the new ones....)
Edit: Can't seem to add the new 15 to my shopping cart from the edu (College/University Proposal) store--just get:
"Your session has timed out after a period of inactivity. Please return to the Store Menu to continue shopping." I can add other items to the cart from that store, so it's just something that's screwed up. Sigh. Guess I should just go back to bed and wait awhile!
