The site you listed in your profile? I don't think a third grader could make that. Maybe a fourth grader, but definately not a third grader.;)
LOL - I had a friend that half-way built a gorgeous site, but had a sort of life change and ended up not being able to finish it. :o
It was really beautiful with a lof of interactive Flash elements.
Now I actually have to learn something, I guess.

The manual for my Infiniti states that it is more efficient to use the AC to lower the temp at higher speeds. Opening the windows causes a significant amount of wind drag. Not only that, but the air is not much cooler in Phoenix during the summer, but I don't think they were referring to Phoenix specifically.
I ended up getting a Toyota Tacoma double cab 4x4 instead of a Honda Rune. And there is nothing mentioned about opening the windows vs. using the AC. No matter what I do with the Tacoma, AC concerned, I end up getting about 19mpg. Which isn't all that bad. I am hoping for 21 with a CAI though.

Ha, I don't think you appreciate how loud these things get.
When I am configuring a server I set it up in a corner of my office. While the thing is running, I can't even listen to any internet radio out of my iMac that sits 4 inches from my face. The poster that was saying they could hear it through floors wasn't kidding.
It really is a "If this thing is within 10 feet of me in the same room, OSHA probably requires me to wear earplugs" sort of deal.
Like I said before, I probably won't have it on a whole lot, it will probably just sit there on display, if anything. I could probably buy a quieter fan for it, since I don't really plan on using it as a server I don't think I would have to worry about it overheating. But I could be wrong about that.

I had my iPad 2 for about a week and a half before the camera stopped working. The shutter picture would appear and all camera functions would be frozen. The camera/video slider icons on the bottom right would flicker. The Facetime camera worked fine. Rebooting did not work. Restoring to factory settings did not work. Taking it to the Apple Genius Bar and having them install the latest firmware and restoring again did not work. They finally gave me a new iPad 2 and claimed they had not had that problem before. They guessed that the camera facing away from the screen may have come loose or was not properly installed.
Not much out there on this subject so hopefully this is an isolated and rare experience.

Hi, have got a problem with Outlook 2011.I had 3 rules set up, simply so that emails for memebrs of my family went into their own folders.
Now the rule names still appear in the list, but when I click on apply nothing happens and when I go to the rules dialogue box no rules are visible and I cant add any new ones.
Any help appreciated - only had an iMAc 2 months, so very new to Macs
thanks

Hmm there's some big news here.
Is this a sign that Apple is moving more to the Apache license? If so that would be big, and start to reduce the number of OSS licenses out there...

Common? Common would mean the majority. I don't see 50% of Wii nunchucks having this problem, just as it's not common for a 360 to break (unless that figure IS over 50%?).
Jimmi boy....
OP....You need to give Nintendo a call and yell at them...Don't live with just unpluging the thing all the time...maybe the N will give you a free remote/nunchuck.

Oh cool! I'll try that for sure. However, is there a way of triggering sleep mode without the inverter board (which i believe is connected to the clamshell sensor) connected, or must I do target disk mode to log in and make changes? (I crippled the inverter cable and need to directly solder it to the logic board or get a new cable).
When I boot it up it is in extended mode.

I got home several weeks ago after two months backpacking through Europe. When I was in Berlin, I wandered to Alexanderplatz and came across a beatboxing drum 'n bass guy who used a multi-track pedal to layer his vocal chords over each other and create some absolutely awesome music. There was apparently a street performer festival he was performing it later that day, but I just saw him on the corner.
Now, he's from London and was just in town for the weekend for the show. I bought two CDs of his, but lost the bag afterwards containing them (and, unfortunately, gifts for people! doh...). His name is something along the lines of DJ Nicholas or something like that, but it's not DJ Nicholas...if that helps.
I've been searching on MySpace and through google for a few weeks now, to no avail. I was wondering if, against all odds, someone hear has heard of the guy, knows who I'm talking about, or knows his Myspace link?
Cheers :)

No, then it would be the iPhone 6, since it would still be the 6th iPhone.
iPhone - 2007
iPhone 3G - 2008
iPhone 3GS - 2009
iPhone 4 - 2010.
iPhone 4S - 2011
iPhone 6 - 2012
The 3GS was not an iPhone 3.5, it was essentially the 3rd generation of iPhones. The iPhone 3G was in fact the iPhone 2.
either way I am guessing they have a massive amount of white iPhone 4's to get rid of... it would seem stupid releasing an iPhone 5 this year because then they wouldn't sell.

Do SSD lasts long? Lasts longer than HDD? I've read/heard that overtime, SSDs can slow dramatically as the space gets filled. Is this true?

No, I mean the toolbar itself, as you can see in the following attachment. The drop-down menu is fine.
Eh? The font is about the same size as Camino and Safari. Though I did notice the bold looked off in aqua so I had just gotten rid of it. I had some major font inconsistancy going on.

I'm trying to write an Applescript, but I'm not quire sure how to do it. Basically, there's a web page that I want to keep checking on. It's not live yet, and I want to find out when it's up.
The tricky part is that the webpage redirects if it isn't up yet, so I can't simply reload the page. I want the Applescript to go to the webpage, check to see if it got redirected somewhere else, and if so, load it again. So I need to check to see what page it's currently at, and that's what I can't figure out.

Is the SwitchEasy screen protector high quality and does it resist fingerprints or attract MORE fingerprints?
I wouldn't think it would be terribly high quality, but it would probably be suitable. If you're big on the fingerprint thing, you should probably get a SPG or something similar. I think they would be fine, IMO. I would suggest just ordering a case, trying the screen protector, and if they're not up to your standard, buy a higher quality screen protector. :)
Anyone know how long it takes for Switcheasy to ship their cases? I ordered the Colors case from them last week and other than an email from Paypal confirming payment, I haven't gotten any contact from Switcheasy regarding the status of my order. There doesn't appear to be anything on their site to check order status either.
They are probably pretty busy, so you should probably wait a few more days, and if you have nothing within those few days, you should contact them. :)
